Quick tap on dashboard and restarting the car worked for short time but got worse. Tapping the dash did help diagnose the problem...Paid for service, removed my IC and sent it to this company. Updates given from the moment the instrument cluster was received, called when IC was repaired and I received a final email with tracking for safe return. IC refitted and car has been working for a few weeks, problem solved! Highly recommend this company. Great customer service. 5* repair service
