Citroen C1 / Peugeot 107 / Toyota Aygo Immobilizer cloning / Key transponder supply / B2799 – B2795 Fault code Fix
This listing is NOT to supply a replacement immobilizer module – This is a Cloning / Transponder chip supply service!
- The 'Cloning service only' option above is if you have a faulty Immobilizer ECU Unit / Module on your vehicle, for example it may be water damaged or have a blown component and are looking to replace the unit. You may be aware that you cannot simply remove a unit from another vehicle & install it onto yours as the unit is 'Locked' to a different vehicles electronic / immobilizer system. We have the solution! Simply send us your original (Faulty) unit & the donor (Replacement) unit & will will transfer the data from your original to the replacement enabling the used unit to work on your vehicle with no further programming necessary. In most cases we can extract the necessary data whether your original unit is completely dead with 'No communication' with a diagnostic scanner. Once the donor unit has been programmed (Cloned) your vehicle will then start & run, the mileage display & the central locking etc will be unaffected & operate as it should.
- The 'Key transponder only' option above is for the supply & programming of 1 transponder chip using the data from your immobilizer to generate the data needed to program the transponder to be fitted into a key blade ready to start your vehicle. This price is for the first transponder to be supplied & programmed, if you require more than 1 transponder to be supplied or if you have also ordered the 'Cloning service' for an immobilizer unit then use the 'Additional transponder' for ordering the additional transponders.
- The 'Additional transponder' option is for the supply & programming of additional transponders only if you have also ordered the 'Cloning service' for an immobilizer unit or have ordered the 'Key transponder only' option
- The ‘Virginizing‘ option above is if you have need to either fit a replacement ECU to the above vehicles and the original ECU is either missing (Lost) or unreadable+not possible to extract the necessary data for cloning. This service can also be used when the vehicle has lost its synchronization between the Engine ECU+Immobilizer ECU – This often happens when the car has had a flat battery+been spiked with a jump start, if you have the fault codes stored in the ECU of ‘B2799’ or ‘B2795’ then this is the solution you need! – If you choose this option it is essential that you also send us the keys for your vehicle! – Once your virginized Immobilizer has been returned to you it will self code to your vehicle in 30 minutes using the jumper connection method detailed in the pictures above (You may of already tried this to synchronize your ECU / IMMO already unsuccessfully due to the immo not being virginized, relax – you have now found the solution!)
*Please note* To remove your immobilizer ECU from these vehicles you will need to remove the dashboard (Not a difficult job – about 30 minutes work). The immobilizer is located on the steering column behind the instrument cluster+held inside a metal bracket secured to the column with a 5 sided ‘Tamperproof’ torx screw – it is VERY difficult to locate+hardly visible – Please don’t confuse the immo ECU with the central locking ECU which is very similar but visible+not held in a metal bracket! For detailed information watch our ‘VIDEO GUIDE’ by clicking n the tab on this page.
Wiring checks:
For the B2799 / B2795 fault you will first need to check continuity between the immo+ECU wiring+ensure there is no breaks in the wiring loom below are the wires+PIN data for continuity testing:
Toyota Aygo:
ECU pin 39 (Purple wire) > Immo PIN 13 (Orange wire)
ECU PIN 6 > (Green wire) Immo PIN 12 (Pink wire)
Citroen C1:
ECU pin 111 (wire 63) > Immo pin 46
ECU pin 83 (wire 64) > Immo pin 47
*Please note there are some other variations of wiring – please consult a wiring diagram for your specific vehicle – in all cases there is 2 wires connected directly from the immo to the ECU*
