• • The ‘Cloning service only’ option above is if you have a faulty EIS (Electronic Ignition Switch) – Immobilizer Unit on your Mercedes vehicle, for example it may of failed due to water damaged  or have a blown component and are looking to replace the unit. You may be aware that you cannot simply remove a unit from another vehicle & install it onto yours as the unit is ‘Locked’ to a different vehicles electronic | immobilizer system. We have the solution! Simply send us your original (Faulty) unit & the donor (Replacement) unit & will will transfer the data from your original to the replacement enabling the used unit to work on your vehicle with no further programming necessary. In most cases we can extract the necessary data whether your original unit is completely dead with ‘No communication’ with a diagnostic scanner. Once the donor unit has been programmed (Cloned) your vehicle will then start & run, the mileage display & the central locking etc will be unaffected & operate as it should. Please Note, you must supply a working Key for the donor part when cloning these units
  • The ‘Key supply’ option above is for the supply & programming of 1 new aftermarket key using the data from your immobilizer to generate the data needed to program the key to your vehicle. A new ’emergency key blade is supplied & cut providing you send us your old key blade to copy the cutting of the blade. This price is for the first key to be supplied & programmed, if you require more than 1 key to be supplied or if you have also ordered the ‘Cloning service’ for an EIS unit then use the ‘Additional transponder’ for ordering the additional keys.
  • The ‘Additional key’ option is for the supply & programming of additional keys only if you have also ordered the ‘Cloning service’ for an EIS unit or have ordered the first ‘Key supply only’ option.*Please note: Mercedes changed the immobiliser system on their vehicles from ‘FBS3’ system to ‘FBS4’ beginning in 2013 on some models & was fully integrated on all models by 2019 we can only supply keys / emulators for ‘FBS3’ systems & NOT ‘FBS4’ Systems – to tell if your vehicle is an FBS3 or FBS4 system there is a 7 or 8 digit code printed on the key – 7 digits is FBS3 & 8 digits is FBS4, please view the pictures above for details*
