• This listing is for the supply of an ECU unit that has been re-programmed to being 'Immo off' (Immobilizer removed / free running) and will work when it is fitted & plugged in to your car with no further programming of keys etc necessary - it will start & run as normal even if there is no transponder chip fitted inside the key (Plug & play). If you would prefer you immobilizer data programmed to this ecu or for any reason it will not work you can send it back with your original unit for bench programming (Data transfer) at no extra cost! - If this ECU is out of stock or if you have your own ECU unit already we offer the following programming only services (Without us supplying an ECU).
• The 'Immobilizer delete only' option above is to be used when an ECU needs to be set to a 'Free running' or 'Immo off' state. The ECU will then fit onto the vehicle & start and run perfectly without the need of further programming of keys etc - a non transponder key can be used to start the vehicle and this service will cure a faulty immobilizer system - We are not supplying an ECU with this option.
• The 'Cloning service only' option above is if you have a faulty ECU (Electronic Control Unit) on your vehicle, for example it may be water damaged or have a blown component. If you are looking to replace the unit you may be aware that you cannot simply remove a unit from another vehicle & install it onto yours as the unit is 'Locked' to a different vehicles electronic / immobilizer system. We have the solution! Simply send us your original (Faulty) unit & the donor (Replacement) unit & we will transfer the data from your original to the replacement enabling the used unit to work on your vehicle with no further programming necessary. Once the donor unit has been programmed (Cloned) the coding of the unit will be correct & the car will start &  function as it should. The mileage display & the central locking etc will be unaffected & operate correctly.We do NOT need the PIN code from your vehicle or the donor part to do this operation *IMPORTANT* - We can only clone this type of ECU if there is still communication with your old ECU with diagnostic tools - If there is 'No communication' with diagnostic tools with your unit there may be an alternative method of retrieving your immobilizer data from a different module on your car such as the instrument cluster or BCM - please contact us with your car details for more information or choose the 'Immo bypass' option for your donor unit - We are not supplying an ECU with this option
• The 'PIN code retrieval only' option above is to be used when a security PIN code of the unit is unavailable / lost. For example if an auto-locksmith / Auto electrician requires the 'PIN number' & 'Component security' (C.S.) & MAC codes to program keys or an ECU or an instrument cluster etc to the vehicle. Send us your ECU & we supply you the PIN number, Component security number & MAC code with this service - We are not supplying an ECU with this option

If you have a problem with you VAG group car with the following problem: Non start / no crank with the immobilizer light flashing & the fault code of ‘Start blocked by immobilizer’ then it is most likely that the immobilizer / key / instrument cluster or transponder antenna has failed, this is a costly repair – we have an easier solution! – send us your ECU and we will remove the immobilizer so the car will start & run as normal. Please note: If you are replacing your ECU because of an immobilizer fault (Lost key / Transponder problem etc) this ECU will run perfectly although the immobilizer light will be illuminated – this will need to be removed or covered from the instrument cluster (if you do not want it illuminated), if however you have a working key & you are replacing the ECU because of an ECU fault then the light will go out as normal and will not need removing – feel free to contact us for more information.
